Washing Instructions

Our clothes can be washed at 30 degrees C.  We recommend washing with chlorine-free, non-biological, detergent and without softener.  Stretch the clothes back into shape when wet.  Dry naturally.  Avoid direct sunlight.

Spun Silk Wash and Care

The Earth Collection DELUXE line has been designed with a combination of raw silk and spun silk to achieve a more elegant look.

To preserve the fine look of the combination of the two silk qualities the items should be stretched in shape after washing, paying particular attention to the spun silk.  Ironing is recommended.

The Ramie/Cotton ‘denim’ range

This can be washed at 40 degrees C.  For this range only use of some fabric softener is recommended.  Alternatively, steam ironing on the cotton setting can further soften the fabric after washing.

Our Returns Policy

All receipts are required before any refund, exchange or credit note can be made.

Refunds given only for faulty goods for a period of one month after purchase.  If preferred, replacement or repair offered where possible.

All other returns can receive an exchange where possible or credit note for a period of one month after purchase.

As each shop is privately owned we regret we cannot offer any refund, replacement, repair, exchange or credit note for goods purchased at other Earth Collection shops.
